Please Excuse My Absence

I'm on the injured list. While cutting sweet potatoes I sliced through my finger with a fancy Pampered Chef crinkle cutter. YOUCH! This resulted in a trip to the ER, 5 stitches, and a very awkward bandaged hand. Makes typing rather difficult. I'm compiling a list of blog posts in my head though, so I'll be up and at it again soon. Stay tuned...
